Real answers about the No Lift Install System — from how it works to what it costs, who it's built for, and how we back it up.
01 THE NO LIFT SYSTEM
WHAT IS IT & WHO IS IT FOR?
-
The No Lift System is a complete install solution designed to eliminate manual lifting of heavy stone and quartz slabs. It combines cranes, carts, and vacuum lifters to help your crew install faster, safer, and with more control.
Initially designed for the stone countertop industry, our addition of Crane Systems, Trolleys, and Hoists offer solutions across a diverse range of industries. If you have heavy, large, or awkward materials that need to be loaded or unloaded safely and efficiently in a Box Truck, Cargo Truck, Cargo Van, or Trailer — we can custom design a system for you.
-
The No Lift System is built for:
Stone & countertop installers
Fabrication shops
Contractors handling large panels
If you're lifting slabs by hand today, this system is built for you.
-
Manual installs are:
Risky — one bad lift can injure your best installer
Labor-intensive — you're sending too many people to the field
Hard to scale — you can only take on jobs your crew can physically handle
The No Lift System replaces brute force with a repeatable process — so you can take on more profitable jobs, protect your crew, and grow without adding headcount.
-
It's not a tool. It's an install system.
That means every stage of your install is covered:
Transport — load and move slabs safely from the truck
Lift — raise heavy countertops without back strain
Position — control placement even on large, awkward pieces
Install — set and secure countertops with precision
All working together as one integrated workflow.
02 SYSTEM & CAPABILITY
WHAT CAN IT HANDLE?
-
Our systems are built for real jobsite demands, including jumbo-format slabs. Cart capacity by model:
Cart Model Capacity Best For
Manual Tilt 600 lbs Standard countertop runs
Power Tilt 900 lbs Heavier slabs, dual actuator
Power Tilt HD 1,100 lbs Jumbo slabs, maximum contro
See our Cart Selection Guide for full specs and comparison.
-
The No Lift System is designed for any large, flat, heavy material:
-Granite
-Quartz
-Porcelain
-Glass
-Metal panels
Simple rule: If it's large, flat, and heavy — we've designed for it.
-
Yes — and this is exactly where the No Lift System shines. Large islands and L-shapes are notoriously difficult and dangerous to handle manually.
Our Island Handler and Counter Handler products are specifically designed to give you control over awkward shapes that would otherwise require extra crew or risk breakage.
Important: As with any installation — and as you would in your shop — you must always reinforce fragile natural stone and very long, narrow counters that have cutouts with stiffeners or reinforcement before moving them.
03 INSTALATION & USE
USING THE SYSTEM
-
Fewer than you think. Most teams can reduce crew size while improving control and safety.
Smaller countertops — one person can easily install using our install carts
Larger islands and penínsulas — may need two people, but our Power Tilt's second actuator adds stability during the tilt to horizontal process
We recommend using our Counter Handler and Island Handler products for maximum control on complex pieces.
-
No. The system is designed to be put to work right away.
We include QR codes on the packaging that link directly to How-to-Use videos so you and your crew can understand how to put your investment to work — right out of the box.

-
Yes. Here's what changes when your crew stops lifting by hand:
Reduced fatigue — your team arrives at the last install of the day with the same energy as the first
Slabs move more efficiently — less repositioning, less risk of damage
You can take on larger, more profitable Jobs that you couldn't safely attempt before
-
Yes — this is critical. The No Lift System carts eliminate the need to manually lift and carry slabs, but they do not eliminate the need for proper face reinforcement on fragile stone.
As you would in your shop, always reinforce:
Fragile natural stone (especially with veining)
Very long, narrow counters
Any countertop with cutouts (sinks, cooktops)
Important: Use stiffeners and reinforcement before moving any slab that would require it in normal shop handling. The cart moves the slab — reinforcement protects it during movement.
