  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), ShipStation and freight carriers (fulfillment), email and CRM platforms (such as Pipedrive), analytics and session-replay tools (such as Google Analytics and Lucky Orange), and hosting providers (including Squarespace).

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

Order records are typically retained for seven (7) years. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls that limit internal access to employees who need it. Payment information is handled by Stripe under its own security standards. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Site at your own risk and should safeguard your own account credentials.

The Site is directed to business customers and is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
