No Lift, No Limits Challenge — Official Rules

Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to these rules.

1. Sponsor. The No Lift, No Limits Challenge ("Contest") is sponsored by No Lift System, Newberg, Oregon ("No Lift," "we," "us").

2. Eligibility. Open to current No Lift System customers (individuals or companies) located in the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older and own or operate at least one No Lift cart or system (Manual Tilt, Power Tilt, Power Tilt HD, Roll-A-Ramp, Counter Handler, Island Handler, RAD Crane, MAD Crane, or Premier Series install trailer). Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of No Lift System are not eligible.

3. Entry Period. The Contest begins Monday, September 21, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends Friday, October 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, post a video to Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube showing a No Lift cart or system being used on an installation project, tagging @NoLiftSystem and including the hashtag #NoLiftNoLimits. Accounts must be set to public so entries can be viewed and verified. There is no limit on the number of entries per customer or company — post a separate video for every distinct project you complete during the Entry Period. Each entry must feature a distinct project; re-posting or re-tagging the same video multiple times counts as one (1) entry.

5. Content Requirements. Each video must (a) be the entrant's own original content, (b) clearly show the use of a No Lift product, (c) depict safe operating practices consistent with No Lift's published instructions, and (d) not contain content that is unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by No Lift in its sole discretion. No Lift reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

6. Grand Prize Judging. All eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel of No Lift System team members and scored on: (a) Ambition — size, weight, or complexity of the project; (b) Safety — proper cart use and safe handling practices; and (c) Craftsmanship — quality of the finished installation and video. Judges' decisions are final. The grand-prize winner will be announced on or by Friday, October 23, 2026, and notified via the contact information associated with their entry or account.

7. Weekly Spotlight. During each week of the Entry Period, No Lift may select one or more qualifying entries as a "Weekly Spotlight" to feature across its social channels. Being selected as a Weekly Spotlight does not remove an entry from grand-prize or Most Active Crew consideration, and selection is at No Lift's sole discretion — not every week is guaranteed a spotlight, and not every entrant will be featured.

8. Prizes.

• Grand Prize (one winner): A $500 credit redeemable toward No Lift System products or accessories — including carts, ramps, cranes, and trailers — plus a personalized profile feature (a remote session with the No Lift team) and placement across No Lift's video content, email campaigns, and blog posts.

• Most Active Crew (one winner): The company or customer that submits the most qualifying, distinct entries during the Entry Period will receive [Most Active Crew prize — suggest a $150 credit toward No Lift products or accessories, or a free accessory bundle; confirm amount before publishing]. Ties are broken by the panel using the Section 6 criteria across the tied entrants' submissions.

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made, except at No Lift's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Use of Entries. By entering, participants grant No Lift System a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from their submitted video(s) and associated content (including name, company name, and likeness) for marketing and promotional purposes across No Lift's website, email, and social media channels, with credit to the entrant where practical. This license applies to every entry submitted, not only winning entries.

10. General Conditions. No Lift reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or these rules, at any time. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
