Crew in Action Sweepstakes: Official Rules
Quarterly sweepstakes, January 1 to December 31, 2027
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by No Lift System, Inc., PO Box 992, Newberg, OR 97132, 503-212-4034, info@noliftsystem.com ("Sponsor" or "No Lift"). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
The Crew in Action Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are the owner or an authorized representative of a business located in the eligible area that fabricates or installs countertops, stone, or similar surfaces (an "Eligible Business"). Entries are made on behalf of the Eligible Business, and any prize is awarded to the Eligible Business.
Not eligible: employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor; Sponsor's authorized dealers, resellers, and distributors and their employees; Sponsor's advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and household members of any of these people. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Periods and Drawing Dates
The Sweepstakes runs in four separate quarterly Entry Periods. Each Entry Period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on its start date and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on its end date. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
| Entry Period | Dates | Drawing date |
|---|---|---|
| Cycle 1 | January 1 to March 31, 2027 | On or about April 12, 2027 |
| Cycle 2 | April 1 to June 30, 2027 | On or about July 12, 2027 |
| Cycle 3 | July 1 to September 30, 2027 | On or about October 11, 2027 |
| Cycle 4 | October 1 to December 31, 2027 | On or about January 10, 2028 |
Entries are eligible only for the drawing for the Entry Period in which they are received. Non-winning entries do not carry over to later Entry Periods.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both methods have equal chances of winning.
Method A: Video entry. Visit https://www.noliftsystem.com/crew-in-action-sweepstakes, complete the entry form, and then upload a video using the secure upload link provided on the page and after the form is submitted, using the same name and email address as the entry form. If an upload fails, the entrant may instead include in the entry form, or email to info@noliftsystem.com, a link to a video hosted on YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar service. A video entry is complete only when both the entry form and the video are received. The video must show a No Lift System product being used on a real job or in a relevant work setting. Each Qualifying Video (see Section 5) earns one (1) entry. A Qualifying Video that also includes a testimonial of about 30 seconds, in which a member of the Eligible Business describes what changed after using No Lift equipment (for example, crew size, time saved, or fewer seams), earns one (1) bonus entry, for a total of two (2) entries for that video.
Method B: Free written entry (no purchase or No Lift product required). Complete the free entry option on the entry form at the landing page above, or hand-print your name, business name, business address, phone number, email address, and age on a 3" x 5" card, along with a written description of 150 words or fewer of how your crew currently moves and installs countertops. Mail it in a stamped envelope to: Crew in Action Sweepstakes, No Lift System, Inc., PO Box 992, Newberg, OR 97132. Each complete written entry earns two (2) entries. Mailed entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days after it. Mail one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
Entry limit: Each Eligible Business may earn up to ten (10) total entries per Entry Period, combining both methods. Entries above this limit, and entries made using multiple or fake identities or automated means, will be void.
5. Video Requirements
To be a "Qualifying Video," a video must:
- Show a No Lift System product being used on a real job or in a relevant work setting, ideally the full move from truck to install.
- Be raw footage about 30 to 90 seconds long in total. Several clips from the same job may be submitted together as one video entry.
- Be filmed by or for the Eligible Business, and not have been submitted in a previous Entry Period.
- Not show any person under 18 in an identifiable way, and not show any homeowner, home address, house number, or license plate without that person's consent.
- Not contain third-party logos, music, or other material the entrant does not have the rights to, and not contain anything obscene, defamatory, or unlawful.
Vertical (9:16) video is preferred. Phone video is fine. Entries are not judged on quality. Crew members should wear proper PPE and use correct handling technique. A video that shows unsafe handling will still count as an entry if it otherwise qualifies, but Sponsor will not publish it. Sponsor may disqualify any video that does not meet these requirements, and its decision is final.
6. Permissions, License, and Publicity
By entering, the entrant confirms that they have permission from everyone shown or heard in the video and from the owner of the property where it was filmed to submit it and to grant the rights below.
The entrant, on behalf of the Eligible Business, grants Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, edit, combine, translate, and publish the video and any testimonial, along with the business name, and the names, likenesses, and voices of the people who appear in it, in any media now known or later developed, including Sponsor's website, social media, email, advertising, and trade show materials, without further notice, review, or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not required to use or publish any entry. The Eligible Business keeps ownership of its video.
The entrant agrees to defend and hold Sponsor harmless from any claim that the video violates the rights of any third party.
7. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period (four (4) prizes in total). The winning Eligible Business may choose one of the following:
| Prize option | Approximate retail value (ARV) |
|---|---|
| Option 1: One (1) No Lift ManualTilt Cart | $5,550 |
| Option 2: One (1) 10' x 30" Roll-A-Ramp and one (1) Island Handler | $4,845 ($1,650 + $3,195) |
ARVs are based on Sponsor's current list prices. The maximum ARV of each prize is the ARV of the higher-value option, $5,550. The total ARV of all four prizes is up to $22,200. Sponsor pays freight to the winner's business address in the eligible area, and the prize will be delivered within about thirty (30) days after the winner is verified. The difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. The prize comes with Sponsor's standard product warranty. Each Eligible Business may win only one (1) prize in any twelve (12) month period.
8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
9. Drawing and Winner Selection
On or about each drawing date listed above, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner and two (2) ranked alternates by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by two Sponsor staff members who do not work in sales, using a random number generator, and will be recorded. Decisions of the drawing administrator are final and binding.
10. Winner Notification, Verification, and Claim
- Sponsor will try to contact the potential winner by phone and email within two (2) business days of the drawing.
- The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt and state which prize option they choose.
- The potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 within fourteen (14) days of the date those documents are sent.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, they forfeit the prize and Sponsor will contact the first alternate under the same process, then the second alternate. If no alternate qualifies, that Entry Period's prize will not be awarded.
11. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize when required by law. Providing a completed Form W-9 is a condition of receiving the prize.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to run the Sweepstakes, to contact entrants, and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.noliftsystem.com/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact them about the Sweepstakes and their No Lift equipment. Entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
13. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent way. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend the Sweepstakes or the affected Entry Period, and may award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents ("Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries or uploads; technical, network, or website failures; or errors in these rules or related materials. By entering, entrants release the Released Parties from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, from filming any video, or from acceptance or use of any prize. Filming must never interfere with safe work practices. Except where prohibited, the prize is provided as is, with no warranty other than Sponsor's standard product warranty.
15. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Yamhill County, Oregon.
16. Winners List
For the name of the winning business for any Entry Period, available after the prize has been awarded, email info@noliftsystem.com with the subject "Crew in Action Winners" or mail a request to the Sponsor address above within sixty (60) days after the drawing for that Entry Period.
