ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Last updated: November 2026
1. Our Commitment
No Lift Install System, Inc. is committed to making noliftsystem.com accessible and usable for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should have equal access to the information and services we provide to the countertop and stone-fabrication community.
2. Conformance Target
We design and maintain the Site to conform substantially to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
3. Measures We Take
We use the Squarespace platform, which follows modern accessibility practices for core components such as navigation, forms, and responsive layout.
We aim to provide descriptive alternative text for informative images and product photos.
We structure pages with proper headings and landmarks so screen-reader users can navigate efficiently.
We design for sufficient color contrast and readable font sizes, and avoid relying on color alone to convey information.
We support keyboard navigation throughout the Site, including menus, forms, and checkout.
We provide captions or transcripts for key product and training videos where feasible.
We review new content and design changes for accessibility as part of our content workflow.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:
Older product photos or PDF documents that lack descriptive alt text or a fully tagged structure.
Some archived videos that do not have captions.
Third-party widgets (for example, chat, financing, or analytics) that we do not fully control.
We are actively working to resolve these issues and prioritize accessibility improvements in each Site update.
5. Assistive Technologies Supported
The Site is designed to work with recent versions of widely used screen readers and assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android), when used with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
6. Feedback & Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of noliftsystem.com. If you encounter any barrier, need information in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, please contact us — we will do our best to respond promptly and to provide the information or service you need in an accessible way.
